Ok so i still have short hair but i want to know how to sepereate my hair when it grows long like in this picture.

You can achieve this look with something like shaping gel like bed head manipulator. You can put it on when your hair is wet, shape it into the strands with your hands and then blow dry to lock the look in place. You can buy bed head manipulator at most stores, there are also other products just like it that other companies release. Just look for gooey gel in a small container.

This stuff is what I used to use when I had short hair and wanted it in chunky non crusty strands. The product is pretty good, add a bit of hair spray afterwards for added hold.

use some BEDHEAD gel stuff
