Calling all sisters, I need a little help with my daughters hair!!!?

I'm white and my daughter is bi-racial. She is 3 and her hair has the desire to cork screw curl, but is also frizzy. when I put the products I usually use in, it keeps it tight and at the end of the braids are cute curls. By day two of her fabulous style, the shorter hairs lift out and it becomes very fuzzy. Pink moisture doesn't moisten or hold long enough, and aloe gel kinda works, but most of it ends up all over her bed sheets and pillow. She will not wear anything over her head at night. I see cute little girls that look like they probably have more difficult to manage hair, but theirs looks effortlessly tight and neat. Any hair help appreciated!!!!

the hair, fora parent might be alot of work but you should teach her now, its good 2 stand out from the croud and be original, her hair may stand out but it gives her personallity, try expressing urself w/ plain hair. shell grow into it plus the onger her hair is the more wieght it will have and the curls wil loussen, then u just need some anti frizz or garnier curls, the sign on bottle should b purple u just use it in tub or shower. and some mouse would help too... garnier makes a curl w/ purple logo moouse try it. it worked for a friend of mine.

Well, what you can do, is you could try straightening it. You can also try asking her hair dresser for tips on shampoo and conditioner.

My mom is half white and dad is black. So my hair is a little of both races. I love www.curls.biz. These products work. They have a kids line and adult line.

their moms probably brush their hair every morning to keep it tight. my younger sister gets her hair braided often and it's only frizz-less for the first couple days.

i have frizzy/curly hair and i have to tie my hair down to prevent fly aways. but it's not that big of a deal if a little girl has fly aways is it?

I have the same curl pattern as your daughter. Below I have listed several sites that I use to order products for my hair. Because of her hair texture, a lot of the products you would use on others will not work for her. I tend to use proclaim gel or the proclaim curl activator gel to define my curl pattern as a cheap alternative. I use my other organic products majority of the time and use the gels for those days that I just need a quick style to get me over until I wash my hair. Hope the information on these sites help. Feel free to email me if you have any other questions.
