i am so not used to it yet

i had to have it cut short it touches teh bottom of my neck

i hate it i cant curl it or anything

i have no idea how to style it !

i assume it's a bob? Well if it's just plain you can get crazy layers all over the place and it will give it AWSOME character.

funk it out... change it up everyday... spike it and then where it down classy... if your young you can try to put in cute little clips... who cares what other people think.. its you they should look at your hair is just an asset that should compliment your personality

I have hair to the middle of my neck and i can curl it and it looks SUPER nice. I curl it with a straightener. But if your looking for something else here are some ideas. You could straighten the bottom and curl a few pieces on the top,that looks pretty nice. Straighten it. Comb and brush it once you get out of the shower and let it air dry. There is this conditioner cream that sunsilk sells that i LOVE. Its blue and its for hair that goes poofy while it drys. Its a squeeze sort of bottle i guess, and its not super big. It works really well for me. You just put 1 or 2 dime sizes of it in your hair once you get out of the shower and then leave it.:)
