haha i have that type of hair and i cut it myself
and i've never cut hair before either

just take a razor blade and make choppy layerss
and i dont use extensions, i just used left the bottom half of my hair alonee
its not the cut alone that makes it look that way eitherr
you'll need to tease it and use LOTS of hairspray
