long hair always looked better an d more feminine, and no I am not saying long that it reaches beyond ur hips, maybe middle of the back or so..
Also, short hair makes u bigger and make u look so too(u or anyone usually)

Finally, my opinion: Short hair is easy to take care of. It's a lazy-woman's haircut. Long hair takes work, and says she cares how she looks. Most physically fit women have long hair; most overweight women have short hair.
