Emo hair styles?

okay so I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow. i'm sick of having long hair.i want it really emo.i already have electric black hair but i dont know how short/long i should have my hair. how many layers etc HELP ME PLEASE lol mwah xoxoxo any pics any answers welcome i just need some advise =]

The black hair is a good start. As long as your hair falls over your eyes and you take all your pictures pointing down from above your head people will think you look EMO.

Get ready to spend a little bit, but you'll be happy with the result: Say you want an asymetrical haircut with a razor. Most emo cuts are chin-length or shorter, but you can pull off an emo look with longer hair.

the more layers, the more emo you'll look. Tell the stylist you want to "punk-out", even if they're a little older, they'll know what that means.

They'll ask you a few questions, but THEY'RE the hair person. They'll know what to do to make you look cool. Bring pic or two, but don't be attatched to the look. Let the stylist modify the look based on your distinct face shape. The long pieces/short pieces may need different placement for different faces.
