Hair Cut Ideas/Opinions?

I am planning to get my hair cut and colored this week. I have fair skin, brown eyes, square/oval face, and my hair is medium/long and brown w/highlights. I want a little bit of a change, but I don't want my hair short because it is naturally curly (I straighten it also). If anyone has any ideas on cut and color options thank would be great!
