My hair grows really fast and i like short hair..and i have to get a $15 dollar hair cut every 2 or 3 weeks and it gets annoying...and i dont want to grow it because short hair goes with my style plz sum1 help me is there something that can slow down my hair growth? I do drink a lot of milk and i dont want to quit milk lol cuz im also kinda short for my age(im 14) and i want to grow more so please help..
