wow if your hair is really long it may be hard to get it exactly like that. what i would suggest is having a very good curling iron set at high heat. while your waiting for that to warm up spray with mega hold hair spray all the parts you want curled. then hold down on you curler for about 2 minutes each curl.

you can get foam curlers and put them in your hair over night. just wash your hair before bed and put in the curlers while its still wet.

the foam curlers tend to have more bounce and curl and last longer :)

Try using hot curlers. Put in the tiny ones (they make scrunchier curls) and sleep with them. Then in the morning, spray it with hairspray. Hope this helps!
