I have short blonde hair (just above the shoulder) and i need styling tips can someone help??

my hair is really straight and if i curl it the curls fall out in like two seconds so does anyone know how to get curls to stay in?? Plus i just need styling tips curly or straight.

my hair just got cut 2 my shoulders i hate it because i had really long hair and now i cant even put my bangs behind my ears now i wash it dry it and straighten it and then use a head band it looks super cute now
