Hi, need help with hair style? maybe something chin length on 1 side n short on the other?

i don't know how to describe it other than that. i don't know if the back should be as long as the long side, or as short as the short side?

any chance anyone knows what i mean and any chance you can find a photo of the 'net of this style? i don't even know where to begin looking!

also do i add high-lights or ? to show off the cut? help!!! thanks!!
