Okay, the beatuitian wasnt able to do her hair today for homecoming, she called in sick. So, How could I style my sisters hair that is about ear lobe length??? She has medium brown hair with red highlights as well.... Any suggestions??

I think you should put twists in the front as if you were going to do an updo. Interlock the twists at the top of her head. Then let the back hang but use the curlers to flip it up.
