How do you think i would look with a shorter hair cut?

i have a big head, literally and i need some help i want to change my style, because, my hair is thining so should i cut it or get a weave.?

If you get your hair cut short, have some piecey bangs in the front to soften your forehead and do the thing in the back where you curl or spike out small sections with a lot of volume. You head will look balanced with a haircut that has the same angle as your jaw, falls at about the middle of your cheek in the front, and has a lot of short volume in the back. (Plus, fixing your hair will take about 45 seconds - just mousse, spike/fluff, and go.)

Get a weave. It is gonna be better. if u will cut your hair your face will look fatter.
